HDI MODEL - DIVERSIDAD E INCLUSIÓN COMO DATOS DE CRECIMIENTO
An indicator to measure the quality of inclusion at work.
Does your company have an inclusion program?
Currently there are many companies that are opting to include a diversity and inclusion program to improve their work environment. However, it is not yet something that is seen in all companies, or that is mandatory to be able to maintain operations. As we saw in our article on Diversity applied at work, inclusion not only has to do with the LGBT + community but also with gender equality, inclusion of ethnic groups, and substantive equality.
We want to support all these groups so that they have a greater opportunity in the world of work, for this we have developed a model that allows, first of all, to diagnose the work environment of your company, where we can see, among other things, the level discrimination suffered by these groups.
HDI model for the different municipalities, where we can observe the inclusion index, leaving Tlalpan with a very low level.
The HDI model (Human Diversity and Inclusion Model) is an indicator that will allow us to know if the work environment in your company is optimal for accepting people who identify with these vulnerable groups. Including people with different origins, goals, tastes, ideologies, etc., will allow the vision of your entire team to expand and thus generate value in a more comprehensive way.
The benefits of having a comprehensive team are many and very valuable, it goes beyond having a transdisciplinary team because, as we can guess, it is not only about technical or cognitive skills, but about ways of thinking, reasons to comply with the iterations, even to beliefs and motives beyond the material to identify with your company; In short, your company culture is enriched and we all win.
