A temporary problem

For years the social stratification as we know it today has been questioned. Originating in medieval times, the structure of society and its analysis have been based on a model where interconnection at the global level was completely outside the lifestyle of people. So in what way should society be divided for its correct analysis?

 

There are several proposals to solve this problem, however none turns out to be totally convincing for everyone and in order not to ‘get into trouble’, the stratification model that we can call ‘standard’ is still used.

 

But the discontent is still valid, why not develop all our methods, objectives and other projects based on a stratification model that includes ethnicity as one of the axes for its creation?

 

All this is only part of the picture, the truth is that ethnic groups have been left out of the current social sphere in many respects. One of them is labor inclusion where many times a model is created that is not adapted to have a diverse work environment; From the schedules to the same space, as well as the resources available to work, are intended only for centralized businesses in the world economic capital.

 

Through training we need to unlearn some things and adopt new knowledge, attitudes, habits, among others in order to be an inclusive company and / or person.
