Connect with the Centennial generation!

The Centennial generation differs significantly from all the generations before them, accustomed to having everything immediately, technology present everywhere, increasing rates of social and educational disparity, among many other things, the young people within this generation, according to the Dr. Damon A. Williams, fear for their future and their ability to achieve the American dream.

Dr. Damon also shares some tips to connect with centennials, here we summarize them:

2.-Connect with the people with whom they identify.

3.- Concentrate your efforts when establishing a relationship with their interests and everything that matters to them in life.

4.-Proportional spaces in which they feel comfortable to be themselves.

5.-They look for all kinds of tools and people to help them understand the path they should follow.
