Minorities in labor inclusion
How to contribute with your grain of sand for this problem?
Minorities constitute the most marginalized segments of society, which is why they constantly suffer from different forms of violence, discrimination and violations of their rights.
In Mexico, to speak of minorities would be to mention countless communities that are harmed by “social norms”. In the workplace this is no different, therefore and frequently various ailments are generated that the most vulnerable population cannot counteract due to their limitations.
In today’s world, ethnic communities, diversity, gender equality and sexual identity are fundamental pillars in the fight for social parity and inclusion of minorities.
These are items that have been highly discriminated from any point of view; However, there are no conclusive facts that invalidate the competitiveness of these people and even so they are the groups that suffer the most from collective changes.
At the same time, there are companies and government programs that are dedicated to contributing and eradicating social and discriminatory barriers such as:
Daunis: company that allows the development of the Mexican population with disabilities so that they can become competitive and independent people
Special programs for indigenous peoples: support for the inclusion of communities in education and work.
Pride Connection México: network of companies that seek to promote inclusive work spaces for sexual diversity
Despite the joint efforts of different groups, discrimination is a reality that is not close to ending. How do you think social order can be maintained without damaging the rights of minorities?
