He has an MBA from IMD in Switzerland and is a professor in some MBAs around the world. Luis is considered one of the most influential people in the Corporate World. He is also frequently called on as a keynote speaker at numerous events around the world to discuss topics related to branding and how Think Holistic, Act Personal is the key to helping businesses succeed in today’s global economy.

During the past 15 years Juan Carlos has been leading various professional roles in finance, commerce, fashion and International Consulting in countries such as Spain, USA, Holland, Finland and Hungary, for Institutions such as The Mexican Embassy in The Netherlands, and global companies such as The Change Group International, Hugo Boss and Yara International among others.

With over a decade of commercial experience and Investment solutions achieving a  proven track record of building successful businesses with the ability to generate and develop long lasting professional relationships. 

As a serial entrepreneur and angel investor Juan Carlos has been involved in the startup scene for the past 10 years with the knowledge and experience necessary to understand the financial and expansion needs of companies and the challenges they face in all the stages of development.

Juan Carlos has a Master’s Degree in Social Sciences from the University of Helsinki. He graduated with a degree in International Business from the Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City and made an exchange at the Amsterdam School of Business.

He has supported various institutions, governments, foundations, including the Government of Peru, Germany, France, as well as leading companies such as Pfizer, Iberdrola, Osram, Disney, Adidas in projects related to communication and growth strategy.

Prior to joining Horizones, he worked at WPP, Kantar Consulting and Deloitte Consulting as a leader in global strategic accounts with 200 national key clients.

Guillermo has a Master’s Degree in International Economics and Industrial Development. He graduated with a degree in International Business from the Universidad Iberoamericana.

Before joining Horizones, he worked at Young Engineers as Development and Commercialization Manager for all Iberoamérca (Israeli company) and at Deloitte Venezuela as Senior Consultant in the area of Strategies and Operations.

Melissa is an Industrial Engineer from the Andrés Bello Catholic University in Venezuela and has more than 9 years of experience in consulting and business management.

Fernanda specializes in topics related to growth strategy, CSR management and entrepreneurship from mathematical models to support business decisions.

At the Consultants Without Borders Foundation and Horizones Consulting, Fernanda is responsible for Social Impact efforts, leading the issues of talent management, CSR strategies and support for the consolidation of entrepreneurship ecosystems to support the economic development of localities in a context of job generation in Latin America.

She is responsible for leading social responsibility reports and the impact on the Equity of brands through amplifiers such as Behavioral Economics, big data-based insights and Artificial Intelligence from impact, generating on the people and communities, as well as projective financial models of the impact of brands’ efforts to contribute to creating a more equal world with opportunities for the communities they serve.
